Learn the Helpware Process
At Helpware, we understand how important good Training is in order to be successful. As such, we have our own internal team of training and development.
Hi, my name is Ena and I’m part of the Customer Success Team here at Helpware. We’re really excited to get started with you. This video si to tell you about how the process looks like from here. At Helpware, you’re not just getting employees, you’re getting a team. From the start, we have a detailed process to ensure we are set up for success. Our sole goal to make sure that you 100% satisfied. There are three main parts to the process. For part one, selection. You will have a dedicated on-boarding manager. You’re on-boarding manager will be your main point of contact to get you started. They will help you build a complete profile of the employees that you’re looking for. Then they will work with our recruiting team to find the right people. Once we have the right candidates, we will present them to you for a sign off.

Part two of the process is training. At Helpware, we understand how important good Training is in order to be successful. As such, we have our own internal team of training and development. The training team will work with you along the way to ensure that our employees are certified and ready to go, which brings us to the final part of the process, production. When we are ready to production, you get a Team Lead oversee the team members as well as a dedicated Customer Success Manager whose sole job is to ensure that you are happy. This means working with you to build metrics, hit goals, analyze reports and look for inefficiencies and ways to solve them. Your CMS will set up proactive calls with you. If you can find ways to help you grow, we will.
Your success is our success. We will also provide you with quarterly business reviews and on-going ideas along the way. Your CMS is available by phone, video conference, email and chat. We will add you to our internal instant messaging system, SLAP, so that you are always in the loop. We will also use a Project Management Tool every step of the way. So that’s it. We’re organized, ready to go and can’t wait to be a part of your team.
